This sculpt and tone inspired class blends HIIT with focused resistance work to build muscle, burn fat, and push your limits.
Whether you're chasing definition, endurance, or a good sweat—this is your new favorite class. Let’s get STRONG together.
Benefits of Strong 45
Weights range from 1 lb to 15 lbs. You will choose two sets to incorporate into the class. Mats, weights, booty bands, and all other equipment is provided. If you like more of a cushioned mat you are welcome to bring one with you.
Exercise is great for your mental health. It releases endorphins that improve your mood and can even reduce negative thought patterns that contribute to feelings of anxiety and depression.
Targets different muscle groups to help tone and strengthen your legs, arms, and most importantly core. A strong core supports good posture, reduces back pain, and gives you more power in other workouts (like Bungee).
Feel intimidated in the weight section at the gym? Me too! This class welcomes everyone regardless of how heavy or light you lift. This class will give you a great walkthrough of what to do with dumbbell weights.
Lighter weights or body weight and higher reps to improve mobility and stability.

Prepare for Your First Class
We love seeing new faces at our Strong 45 classes! We design our classes for maximum results and fun, so there are a few things to keep in mind before your first class.
A positive mindset and self-talk are enormous factors for a successful Strong 45 class. Your mind believes what you tell it, so say kind things!
Always listen to your body. If something causes pain, it’s your body telling you to stop. Continuing to exercise despite discomfort can lead to injury. If you need a break, take it.
Set realistic goals for yourself. You want to challenge yourself, but setting unattainable goals can set you up for disappointment. If you’re unsure of your goals, our instructors can help you determine what’s best for you.
Keeping your core engaged throughout the workout will help you get the most out of the moves, especially the ones with higher intensity.
