Beer Cheese Festival Vendor Booths


FESTIVAL DATE: Saturday, June 13, 2026


FESTIVAL TIME: Set up begins at 7 a.m. and must be completed by 9 a.m. Clean up begins after 5 p.m.


SETUP LOCATION: Inside The Fly Witches Bungee Fitness Studio located at 7 N. Main St. Winchester, KY 40391


VENDOR FEE: $200 per booth space


DEADLINE: May 25th, 2026


Applications received after this date will incur a $25 LATE FEE (subject to availability). If you are unable to attend the festival, a full refund will be issued until 30 days before the festival. If, canceled within 30 days of the festival there will be no refund issued for absences.



All vendors will be accepted first-come first-serve, and booth placement is at the sole discretion of The Fly Witches Bungee Fitness Studio. All decisions made by TFW are FINAL.


Booth space is 10 ft. x 10 ft. with electricity and restrooms available for use by only vendors. Booth vendors must supply their own table, chairs, extension cords etc. TFW will have the front door and curtains open with a sign stating the studio is open to direct foot traffic into the building. The air conditioner and fans will be in operation.


Set up begins at 7 a.m. on the day of the festival. Setup must be completed by 9 a.m., and all vehicles must be removed from the street by 9 a.m. Vehicles can not be parked in our private lot, since the lot is donated to the city to use the day of the festival.


OPTIONAL SET-UP ADD-ON: If you'd like to set-up the day before on Friday, June 12th, you may do so for $50. Must confirm with Danielle what time you will be there to set-up.


Clean-up begins AFTER 5 p.m. on June 13th. You may not remove your booth prior to this time. (Violators will not be asked back for future events.)

A packet will be emailed out no later than May 15 (except late entries). The packet will include your assigned spot and instructions.

No booth space will be assigned until full payment is received. Payments received after the deadline are at the discretion of TFW and must include the late fee.


To ensure maximum publicity, please post this event on all your social media pages. Be sure to "tag" The Beer Cheese Festival often.

Application is not complete until the payment has been received and confirmed by Danielle White, The Fly Witches Bungee Fitness Studio Owner.
